FAQ

Q: Who are your consultations for?
My work is designed for women navigating intimacy during or after breast and gynecological cancers — whether in treatment, post-treatment, or living with long-term effects. I also support anyone dealing with sexual challenges related to cancer treatment, including changes from chemotherapy, surgery, or menopause.

Q: What happens in a consultation?
We begin with an intake form and/or discovery call to understand your needs. Sessions may include conversation, reflection, and gentle body-based practices to help you reconnect with intimacy, pleasure, and confidence.

Q: Is this medical advice?
No. I am not a medical provider. My work complements, but does not replace, medical or psychological care.

Q: Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. I offer a 15-minute discovery call to see if working together feels like the right fit.

Q: How do I prepare for a session?
You’ll receive a short intake form before our first session. This helps you reflect on your history, goals, and boundaries, so we can spend our time focusing on what matters most to you.

Q: Do you work with people outside the U.S.?
Yes. Sessions will be held online (via Zoom) and are open to international clients.

Q: I was raised in a religious/cultural background where intimacy isn’t openly discussed. Is this a safe space?
Yes. I was raised Muslim and understand how culture, migration, and family history shape our relationships to sex and intimacy. I hold space with confidentiality, compassion, and respect.
